Tea with Your Demons

Having Tea with Your Demons is a metaphor for having radical acceptance of your own failures, poor judgements, abuse that was not your fault. We often try to go against the tide when things go wrong in life and become self-critical of our own limitations. Learning to have tea with your demons is a coping skill that has saved me plenty of times. Enjoy my wee simple bitsy game!
